H1 Stamping & Present India Company

Hello All

I am schedule for the H1 Visa stamping on July 31; I have all the papers from my new company in USA. But the problem is my current company is not doing good and going under. They have shut down the web site and there is no receptionist and the phone line is also disconnected.
My question is would some body validate/call the Indian company? How would I over come this issue?

They will call in rare cases if they get doubt about your employment. So be confident and dont think too much abt that and panic.

Be positive about that and it will yeild good result for you.

How would I over come this issue?

Paystubs? Direct deposits into bank accounts? Checks of salary, Bank statements, IT returns. All these will still validate your job. Also you can mention if asked that the comany is heading south rather than try to cover it up with lies.
