Default Do we need form I-693?

My wife is filing I485 to adjust her status. I am a USC sponsoring her.
We have so far filled out:

    I130
    I485
    I765
    I325a for both of us

She entered on a visitor visa which expired and she is currently out of status.

My question is, does she need to go through the medical examination and have a civil surgeon fill out form I693 and if so, does she have to do it right now or can we submit the forms we have so far? Will we get a request for I693?

    Thanks for your help.

Yes, you need I-693. Why do you think you don't?

Submit it along with all other forms.

    Thanks, I will submit it.

The reason I am unsure about it is because I'm getting conflicting information from friends and familys, some of whom have gone through the process. I also went to see a lawyer who looked over my forms, advised me to file I864 but said nothing about the I693.

Also, the appointments for doctors around my area are all during the week or few weeks from now if on the weekend. I was hoping I could just file the rest of the papers while I waited to get the I693 filled out by a doctor and that would get the case rolling quicker.

Send all forms together... otherwise your case will be delayed as you will be issued an RFE for the I-693.

Fill out all the forms expect for form I-131. Remember that she is already out of status so you don't want any kind of delay. Another thing check on all the surgeons approved by USCIS and find out if there is one who can give your wife an appointment soon.

    Default Notary

    I'm filing the forms I 130, I 485, I 864, I 693, G325A, I 765, I 131 together to adjust my status in the US.
I've heard from friends who did the adjustment of status a few years ago saying that some of these forms needed to be notarized.

I called USCIS and asked them, but they said I need to read the instruction and follow them. I didn't see that any form I file needed to be notarized.

Does anyone has any idea about this?
    Thanks

Only the I-864 needs to be notarized. When did your wife's I-94 expire?

I-94 has not expired yet. It will be good until next year.
Where on I 864 that the notary should be put?
    Thanks so much.
