We are in process of adopting a child from China . We just got our travel Date to Guangzhhou but were told our I-171H form was not on file with US Consulate.
We had made sure our dates and paperwork were in accordance. In speaking to our adoption agency Holt International they believe the latest cable may have been not sent to them . Is there a way we can see if the proper documents are on file and can then be transmitted to Consulate.
