F1 to H1

Hi all,

I am currently in my OPT and I got my H1 approved this year. I am planning to go for stamping in Sept/Oct. All throughout my OPT till date, I am working at a same client site. My confusion is whether Mexico is a better choice for my first stamping or whether I should consider Toronto, Canada..

Please advise.. thanks a million !!
