Visa stamp & I-94

Hi,

I just like to ask regarding visas. I came in the US as an H4 and my visa will expire on July 28, 2008. But I was awarded with an H1B visa already since April 2008 and with my new I-94 for three years, expiring on 2011. Questions:


1. Do I need to change my visa from H4 to H1B? if yes,
2. Where do apply for change of visa? if no,
3. Do I just need to renew my H4 visa? and where do I apply for the renewal?
4 Can I travel with my H4 visa even if its expired, having only my new I-94 which will expires in 2011.

2. At the US embassy/consulate of your home country.

4. You can travel outside the US, but you can't come back in.
