editing DS 156 after appointment ?

for the field 37, we need to keep NO, as no son/daighter of my parents in US are US citizens,holding permanent residence in US.
by mistake, my brother selected yes, can we edit to NO after taking the appointment slot?

ok got it: we can keep YES and provide the status as H1B working.
