My I-140 just got approved. The phone message doesn't if it was sent to NVC. How do I find out this, before I receive the approval notice?

Hi,
How do you know that ur case has been approved?. In my case the NVC message says mine has been approved and CSC message says it is not. So i was under the impressions that my case was approved.
In reality my case was not yet approved.

"Your NVC message sais it was approuved but the CSC one does not"... Is there an NVC phone line? Can it be used to enquire about an application?
