Need your Advice.
I am in H1 Visa working with my employer from June 2007 to till date.
I got paid till Feb 2008, I am not getting paid after Feb 2008 to till date.
Employer saying so many reason for not paying me like they are not getting from their client etc., I am working from the same client from June 2007.
Somehow i had a confident that my employer will pay me the all due amount. But now its getting late. I am loosing the confident now.
Now I am getting good offer and I need to transfer my H1. What will I do to transfer my visa without payslip.
How much time it will take if I give a complain to DOL? Is my issue resolved quickly? I will loose my new offer if this things get delayed.
Please advice me.
