I485 delayed under MSC

Hi, i filled on january this year the I485 and the fingerprints acepted, that was 7 month ago but still no answer.
I check on the timeframe USCIS.gov Missouri Service center and find no I485 form in the timeframe but according to the description the closer says I824 for a request of aproval... the date that says in the timeframe its january 2008.
Is this the date where they are step in this moment??

I read a report that said that USCIS received double the number of applications this year as compared to last year. So knowing how ineffective they are in processing petitions and forms, go figure.
