Advise on Wife's B2 visa

Hello people,

I am on a B1 visa (multiple entry), stamped for 10 years. I have already been to the US twice on short business trips. I need to fly again to the US for 2+ months and wish to take my wife along on a B2 visa. Her passport has been issued in Mumbai and her address is also Mumbai based. We currently live in Bangalore since our wedding in Jan 2007. Marriage certificate has been issued in Bangalore.

My questions are:
#1 - Where should she apply for an interview at? Chennai or Mumbai?
#2 - She has been a homemaker ever since she moved to B'lore. So she doesnt have any recent salary slips and stuff. However she does have enough property ties in Bangalore. Is that enough to demonstrate her ties to India?
