F2 visa Serious problem

I came to USA through B2 and then got married to a student with F1 status. Being in USA i applied for F2 and got approved but now i am scared to go back to my country since i have to go through visa procedure again to get my passport stamped. My brother is getting married. what can be done to make sure i will not mistake if i go back.

I didnot knew my husband
I came in USA in jan 2004
We married in april 2004
I was approved in october 2004
My current status is f2 but the only thing is i dont have stamp for f2.

Your case sounds genuine (not premeditated) and you should be fine. But, there is always a risk after a COS.

What is the risk like what can they say. and how and what documents should i prepare since my father has accepted my after a long time 4 and half years and i am really anxious to see my family again

I think both B2 and F2 are non-immigrant intent visas so they cannot say that you had immigrant intent when you entered on B2 even if you intended to get married. If you changed to H4 however you may have problems.
