I have yet not got my I-140 approval from TSC ! Its now 8 months and I am expecting it soon and hence want to complete my medical so as to be ready to apply for I-485. Can somebody tell me how long is the medical valid?

Until you file I-485, medical is valid for 1 year. After filing I-485, medical is valid as long as your case is pending.
