My H1B is currently under process(interview is pending) thru one consultant.
Now my company is ready to sponser me L1A. Incase my H1B gets approved and then my current company applies for my L1A, will my H1 still be valid?
My plan is to go to US on L1A from my company and eventually use the H1, Is it possible?
