Default Help, Labor cert obtained, I-140 processing

I got a letter stating that my labor cert has been approved dated Feb 2007, but i never got the certified copy. How can i obtain another certified copy?

I am trying to proceed with form I-140 but now there is a new rule of the 6-month expiration of labor cert. Since my labor cert was processed under the old regulations, where it does not have an expiration date, would it go through??

    thanks

All labor certifications expire in 6 months past July of last year.
