need information about Labor certificate with RIR

Please HELP me....

I want to apply for my GC, my employer is ready to apply for me. I wanted to know if there is any fast track or premium processing for Labor Certificate.
To go with RIR, for how long I have to place ads in Papers, before I can file my LC.

Let me know ASAP....

Under RIR , they have to wait for a month after the ad. and + 15 days for posting on the company Job Board(not sure on days). so need atleast 45 days after the ad. to apply.

There is no Premium processing as in H1 for Labor. Only your Patience pays....
