Default Visitor Visa extension - Air Ticket

    Friends,

I want to extend the B2 visa for my mom. We've the e-Ticket for original return date(10/26/08), but I've not yet changed the air ticket to NEW RETURN DATE(02/10/2009). Is it OK to send the air ticket with original (10/26/08) retun date on it?

    Thank you very much
    M.

    Common sense says: "no"

Common sense says: "do not risk the visa with an extension"

    Default e-ticket okay

hi, my case was similar with yours. i requested for an extension and was asked for the return ticket as RFE. i submitted my e-ticket from northwest which shows RETURN FLIGHT -available. i also explained in my letter that my return ticket is still valid and can be rebooked as soon as i got the approved extension. i got my approval for extension last sept 10!

hope this would help. good luck.
