Default Employer did not provide tax returns and wage reports

    Hi,

My employer said he is not going to provide me the tax returns and unemployment wage report documents. Looks like generally they do not provide those and its candidate's luck to get the stamping.

I have the H1B scheduled interview next week. If VO ask for that what should I say.

Would really appreciate your reply. Thanks!

There is not much you can do. If the VO gives a 221(g), then the employer may send it. You have to take the chance.

Seems like your employer is one of those scumbags involved in H1b body shopping.

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.http://www.immihelp.com/visas/h1b/h1-visa-faq.html
