Hello,
I have a question. I came to usa on h1 by company A and then just right now I switched to another company B. I dont have project right but I have paystub till september. I am getting on bench. Actually, my new company B is not in that much good. Good means it is small company (2 year). I got the h1 transfer confirmation from company B and now I am planning to go india. Can I go to India for 2 months (nov and dec)? Another thing, I have valid visa till sep 2009 by company A. Should I have to stemp again b'coz i switched the company.
Please give me advise.
