My wife has AP valid till end-2009. Her H4 expired in June 2008, which we have not renewed/re-stamped. Does she need to get it re-stamped in order to come back into US or can she rely on AP?

Another H4 Question
Thanks for your response. One more question - I did not file for H4 renewal application along with my H1 renewal, as I thought AP and EAD would be sufficient. Her I94 is expired at this moment. Would that create a problem when we visit India and try to come back using AP? Thanks again for your help.
