R1 Extension Denied

I had an approved R1 visa from Sep 2005 Until march2008, and i already applied for I-360 and i got it approved on sep2008 and then i pllied for green card .
at the same time i aplied to extend my R1 visa back in Jul2007 ,becasue i have been told that i must be in agood status ,today i received a denial notice ..so i just need to know what to do and if that will affect my I360 amd my green card which is still in process.

What Form you used to apply for an extension of your R1 visa?

Did you apply for your R1 extension from USA

or

from the country originally the R1 visa is issued?
