H1 & H4 Visa stamping - Got 221g Blue form

Hi

I have attended H1 & h4 visa stamping interview on 22nd oct. But VO was not satisfied with the employer and issued the 221g blue form and asked me to bring all the employer documents and project documents .

My employer agreed to send the documents next week, will drop my documents at VFS, Bangalore.

Any hopes to get visa stamping. How is the rejection rate now at chennai consulate ?

Any experts pls advise me..
