RFE At I485 Interview and time frame

I had my AOS interview with my wife on October 7th, and the interview agent gave us an I-72 RFE for a copy of her original birth certificate (we submitted a translated birth certificate).

I sent a copy of her original birth certificate via registered mail, and received my receipt around October 20th. The case status date has changed on the USCIS site on 10/24/08, but we haven't heard anything or received any kind of notification since then.

The interview agent at the time of the interview said he was recommending us for approval, and everything looked fine with the exception of the birth certificate.

Does anyone have an idea as to the time frame we will need to wait before receiving an approval notice or the green card itself?

Timeframes vary all the time and there is no way to tell for sure.
