H1 Pending - reason

Hello,

I'm in the US working for company A on L1B (blanket) visa.
This year I got my H1B filed through company B. My case was picked up in the lottery and sent for processing to USCIS on May 06 2008.

Till now, I see my H1 is pending with USCIS. I saw it on the uscis.gov website.

Could you tell me what's the reason for this delay ?
Also, has USCIS sent an RFE to the employer ?
How do I know the facts / reasons ?

How do I know the facts / reasons ?

H1b is employer's petition. They only can know or tell. You are a third party to this and you have no legal way of finding out other than through the lawyer/employer.
