H1B renewal Which Consulate for Visa Appointment

Hi,
Im residing in US from 2006 and im going to india in Dec for my visa renewal and in which consulate i have to take the visa appointment?
I'm going to stay in Uttar Pradesh for few weeks and in Andhra Pradesh for few weeks and return back to US. As the address in my passport is the address of Andhra Pradesh do i need to take the appointment in Chennai Consulate or I can take the appointment in Delhi Consulate also as i will be staying in Uttar Pradesh for few weeks??
For my first visa stamping i have went to chennai consulate as i was residing in Andhra Pradesh at that time. So what address i need to specify now id DS-156 Uttar Pradesh or Andhra Pradesh??
