H4 stamping doubts

Hi,

I came to USA april 2007 through company A and worked for this company for 7 months and I have stamping with this company till april 2009. I transfer my H1 visa to company B in october 2007 I got new pitition which is valid till 2010 August. I have worked through company B till October 2008 and took long vacation i.e. from october 2008 to jan 2009 ending around 4 months to get marriage. I got marriage in Dec 2008 and now I am planning to get H4 stamping to my wife. I have some doubts regarding H4 stamping.

1. I do not have recent pay stubs from october 2008 to till date, Can I send august and september pay stubs for stamping? I have last year tax filing docs also with me
2. do they give any query If my wife go for stamping while I am in india?

Please give suggestion if any body faced similar kind of problem.

I am planning to go back to usa jan 15th.

1. Yes. Provide proof of approval of the long vacation and that the job exists upon your return.
2. Depends on how you maintained status and how your tax docs look.
