    Default How to Withdraw Sponsorship for 10 year visitor visa

    Hi, My mother in law got 10 year visitor visa that I sponsored 2 years back. Now I want to withdraw my sponsorship and cancel the Visa as I am no longer intrested to support her. Please advice.

    Visitors qualify on their own and you, as a sponsor are just agreeing to providing support during their stay in US during that visit. You need not do that if they come again on their own and are not held responsible.

    You do not have any right over their visas as a sponsor. They qualified by proving ties to their home country and financial strength for the visa.
