Which service to select for Passport Renewal?

Hi,
My passport is expiring in the next two weeks and I need to renew it. When I go to the online application form, it has the drop down for "Desired Service". Out of the options listed there I am not sure whether I should select "Fresh Passport" or "Re-issue of Passport". Can someone please help me with this?

Have to select Re-issue of Passport
i am too doing the application for Renewal of Passport.
Have you alredy done the application, if so, what was the procedure, what all documents had you sent. How did u process it please let me know.
