One Brad Jacobson of Canadian Forces Immigrant Recruitment Initiative 18th, Floor 201 Portage Ave Winnipeg ( 204 926 8866) has issued an appointment job offer to one of my friend in India on June 17 who is an Indian Citizen and not even applied for immigration as he is not qualified in any of the category. Offer has been made to him by Brad for Signals Officer NOC 00643) 2nd Lieutenant. Brad Jacobson is an immigration consultant having CSIC membership. His website is http://www.canadianimmigrationsolutionsinc.ca/

He has reportedly joined hands with WWICS, whose directors are living in India and are selling these job offers for $10000 to $15000 for this offer. There are lots of stories about WWICS that they have shut down its Canada office and after collecting money from the people, they will close all its offices in India too. There is a history attached to the owners of WWICS.

In this regard please confirm if anyone can confirm if Govt of Canada/Canadian Forces have authorized Brad to issue such offers to non Canadian citizens for fee ranging from $10000 to $15000

I presume these are fake letters. Please reply what should be done. If this letter is a fake one, what action could be taken to get the money back?

please dont get trapped in WWICS. they are big cheaters. I hired them for getting immigration to canada. I paid them 30000 to start the process. later on
I came to know some info provided to me is not correct and I will not be able to make it.So decided to cancel my visa application and file for visa refund fee. I could have done this myself but they told they know the process will do it and hand over the check as soon as they recieve from CHC. I kept mailing them to know the status of the check. One day I got a mail from them that they have recieved the check please contanct sampann.g@wwics.com. I contacted and he told that I need to pay 45000 to them than only they will release the check. I have no dues with them its clear case of fraud as I informed them intitally that I will not be going for further process. I contacted CSIS ( toll free number 1-866-308-2742) http://www.csic-scci.ca/content/contact they told they need complaints against them in mail and fax.so they will help us to get money back also cancel there memebership. if you people want to fight against them please do the same and mail me. I have contacted News agency they are ready to write an article against them and this will spoil there image completely. please mail me @ dilpreet.badwal@gmail.com we need names to mention in the article.

These job letters issued by Brad Jacobson who is CSIC member and delivered by WWICS to the people who are paying WWICS $5000 to $10000 are totally fake as confirmed by Canadian forces email appended below.
Any body can apply for HRSDC approval when we know this is going to be rejected. This is just to gain time so that the people could remain calm and not ask for refunds. Both Brad and WWICS will say after the rejection that they have applied for HRSDC approval and if it is not approved it is not their fault

The issue is who is going to investigate this fraud when CSIC is aware about this.

can ne 1 guide on on wwics whether ne other alt agency can guide me or i can do it on my own .

Hello Everyone,

I am a new Bakra of WWICS which I found out recently only.
I am living in London, I submitted my file through WWICS in March 2008 (at that time they assessed it and said you will go through very easily).
They asked £1000.00 before processing my file as a refundable fee which will be refunded back if my file gets rejected.
Then no one contacted me untill Feb 2009, after my so many emails and phone calls, they said my file is rejected as it was submitted under wrong criteria.

Since then they were promising to give my money back and two days back I received email they they will refund me £250.00

Can any one help me what shall I do.
