Default Apply visit visa for 2nd time

    Hi,
My parents visit visa was rejected in Aug'2002 and the reason was 214(b) and they didnot apply after that. I am sending them the documents again for visa. My father is 55 yrs and mother 49 yrs old. Should they appear in person interview by taking web appointment or just use the drop box. Also i was trying for web appointment and for this full month the appointments are full. I am afraid the documents that i have sent wont get expired as i heard that the documents we send are valid only for 3 mos from the date we send.
ALso please suggest me how to take web apoointment.
    Please help me. Thanks:rolleyes

There is no rule about expiry of documents that you send. It is expected that documents should be as much recent as possible.

They can NOT go for drop box. They would have to go in person.
