Default visa for my mentally handicapped sister and parents

I have heard from your forum that it is difficult for young people to get visitors visa.My husband and I are planning to invite my parents and my mentally handicapped sister(23)to USA.We are green card holders. My parents donot have any more children.
My husband invited my mother-in-law last year(widow) with 2 more children in India ,she was given 10 year visa, she left the USA promptly by 6 months, does this make any difference for the chances that my parents will get their visa.
    thanking you.

Your mother-in-law getting visa and leaving promptly has nothing to do with your parents visa.

You can try for your sister. Only consular officer can determine whether they would grant visa or not. Please post your experience here, once you go through it.
