I am a permanent resident of USA and had sponsored for my spouse's and child's gc as well.Currently we all have GC's. Also I had sponsored for my parents visit in 2001 and they have since returned back to india.
My question is: do i fill my parents names in question 9
and my spouse's and child's name in question 10 as now I am filling in paper work to sponsor my in-laws.

Yes, if you have done family based GC sponsorship for spouse and child.
No, if you have got employment based GC and your spouse/child were included in that.
