My parents are expecting to come over to the US by april or june. They both are indian passport holders and have been in dubai since the last 30 years. They had come to the US in the year 2002 and had a 1 year visa, which got expired on 11th may 2003. my father is retired and both my parents are under my sister's sponsorship who is currently working in dubai. I would like to know if they would be given a visa and i would also like to know what all documents are required for a visa processing.my husband is on an H1 and i am on a H4(both have a valid stamping on it) the reason of my concern is that one of our friend's parents were not given the visa because the people at the consulate told them that they have no guarantee that they are going to come back into the country and that they dont see any strong ties to the country. in such situations what must one do?
