visa appointment

Hi,

My mom is intending to visit US in the first week of
April 2004. As of now she has her visa appointment on March 8, 2004 at the Chennai Consulate. We are thinking of modifying it to the second week of March. But before doing that i just want to clarify some things.

If at all her visitor visa gets rejected the first time, when can she apply again second time? Is there any time limit?

What are all the documents that she need to submit again?

Does she need to schedule the appointment via the
TT Services once again?

Is the gap between visa appointment and the intended date of travel (say 3 weeks) good enuf??

When you say 'application form', does that mean that she has to submit fresh DS-156 and also the new I-134(notarized)?
