Hi,

I came to US on a H1b visa expiring on 2005. I found a new job,2003, last year and got my new h1b last year and the new visa will expire in 2006. I still have not get my new h1b validated yet as i still have time left on my old one.

i want to go back and work for my old employer. Do i need to file H1b again since i still have my old employer name on my old visa. Anyone familiar with this, please help me. can 1 old 2 h1b at the same time?
