Default visitor visa rejected 221g in 2001

Hi my mother applied for visitor's visa through drop box in 2001 august. it came back with 221g.they asked her to come personally.when she went there personally she was asked to fill out a new form. but we din't remember what the form was,and what she filled out in that form. Is it the ds 156 or any other form , could you pl inform me about this . At that time her visa rejected under 214b again. we wish to apply for both of my parents at a time in 2004. if all the children were here in usa how would the consular officer know about that before asking her how many children do you have, where are they ,certain type of questions.could you pl assist me in this ,it would be a great help.

Can't tell for sure, but it must be DS-156 that she must have filled.

The form has fields in which you have to write about your children (and other relatives) in US.

    Administrator,

In such cases do we(sponsor) also have to send documents related to the visitor's other children living in US?

    If yes, then what documents?

Yes, it is better to send. You never know what they will ask in interview.
