Different appointment times for parents at Chennai Consulate

My parents went through TT services for appointment at Chennai Consulate, and they got different appointment times? Anyone else had this problem? How can they go together? All the documents I have send have only one copy for both of them. My mother is also not fluent in English. My mother has appointment in the morning and father in the evening? Any suggestions. Please help.

How do you make appointment for both parents at the same time when you enter information on the TT website. My father made the appointment himself and he told me he had to enter the information separately for both and got different times for both. I don't see this question asked before in this ite and looks like everyones parents went together for the interview. So I am wondering how they were able to make the appointment at the same time, if the website does not allow that. I did not check the site personally, as they had made the appointment and I did not want to enter all the information again myself and screw up. Please reply, as my parents are getting anxious and I am too.

There is an "Add passport button" in the form during registration process.

Thanks a lot sweetadd. I just cancelled their previous appointment and made a new one for both of them together. Thanks for the help.

Are you saying I'll need my parents passport numbers or any other info of theirs if I make an appointment for them?

Also, how early do we need to make an appointment... meaning, I want my parents to go for their visa during Feb last week or March 1st week....so in order to be able to get an apt date during these 2 weeks by when should I book a date for them?
