Visitor Visa for Graduate sister

Hi,
I would like to invite my sister in India, to the US. She will finish her Engineering degree in 2004 summer. I plan to have her visit here before taking up a job in India, that way she will be able to stay 6 months. What are the chances of her getting the tourist visa considering that she is unmarried, 21 and a Graduate?? What are the convincing documents that I can provide to show that she will return to India after her stay?? Any experiences/suggestions? Advice please....Thanks.
