    Default Visa for Family

Hi - I would like to bring both my parents and unmarried sister (age 26) for 3 months visit to tour US from Mar 15 to Jun 15. Need advice on following -

    1. I am on H1 which is expiring on June 24 2004. Will this affect them in not getting visa at all. Would you recommend me in going for an extension now (which takes 4 months to process) and sending the proof that extension is applied with the visitors visa applicaton ?

    2. My sister is unmarried and works in a school. What would be the recommened documents to show that she is a not a potential immigrant.

    3. My parents are both eligibile for drop box. For my sister to increase her probability of getting visa would it better
    a. To have my parents secure visa first and then let my sister apply
    b. Let my parents and sister go for personal interview together
    c. Let my sister apply first and then let my parents do drop box

    Thanks

    1. Should not be a problem.
    2. Read www.immihelp.com/visas/visitor
    3. It is so subjective that impossible to tell which is better. Anything can work out better, as your parents application and sister application are not related. Each person is looked at separately.
