    Default I-134 question

    9. That I have previously submitted affidavit(s) of support for the following person(s). If none, state "None.''

I SUBMITTED ONE FOR MY SPOUSE WHEN FILING OUR ADJUSTMENT. WE GOT OUR GC A YEAR AGO. DO I HAVE TO MENTION YES TO THIS QUESTION?

    10. That I have submitted visa petition(s) to the Immigration and Naturalization Service on behalf of the following
    person(s). If none, state none.

AGAIN WE GOT OUR GC A YEAR AGO. DO I HAVE TO ANSWER YES TO THIS QUESTION AND MENTION MY SPOUSE'S NAME?

Please answer my questions or let me know from whom I should seek clarification

    thanks
    Pria

THANKS A BUNCH FOR YOUR REPLY.

    ONE MORE QUESTION:
    8.
That the following persons are dependent upon me for support: (Place an "x" in the appropriate column to indicate
whether the person named is wholly or partially dependent upon you for support.)

MY SPOUSE IS EMPLOYED AND NOT DEPENDENT ON ME FINANCIALLY - DO I HAVE TO LIST MY SPOUSE HERE?

    THANKS IN ADVANCE

If your spouse it not dependent, then don't write that.

Those questions don't really matter much. Those questions are left overs when this form used to be used for sponsoring both immigrant and non-immigrant visas. Now immigrant visa people use I-864.
