Two I 94

Hi

I was working with comapny A and my visa is stamped from company A valid upto 2010 when I came to US. After that I have got my visa transfer to company B.
Now I am with company B and I have I-94 from company B also .

My question is now I am travelling to India so which I-94 I need to submit I94 from Company A or B or both?
when leaving US and do I need to get visa stamping again for company B even if visa on passport from company A is valid till 2010 .

---- If you have a vlid visa you can ttravel and enter US. At the POE show your I-797 for company B to get a I-94 for the validity period
