Hi,
Thanks for such a informative site. We got useful info from this site.
I am planning to bring my MIL to USA, since my wife is pregnant. I know I can't tell this reason to get my MIL.
But the problem is my MIL has only one daughter that is my wife and she neither has any property nor much bank balance also. She has her mother and brother and family with her.
My question is can she tell at the chennai interview that she has one more son ? or its better to tell the truth ? I am curious how they come to know ? Or any other all possibilities, so that we can show her ties with India ?

Also, I don't have my birth certificate, but my wife has hers. Is it required ?

Where can I get DS156 form ? Is it possible to get DS156 form with barcode or just prototype we can send to them, so that they can fill exactly when get in chennai consulate.

1. Don't lie. Tell truth. If they want, they can ask any questions/proofs for verification.
2. Your wife's birth certificate is required. Not yours.
3. Get DS-156 can be downloaded from www.immihelp.com/forms/state.html That form can be used. No other form is needed.
