Visa rejected under section 214 b

Hi ,My parents went for an interview on Dec 4 in Delhi consulate & there visa got rejected under section 214 (b).My dad is in bussiness so she told you are going there for 6 months as they filled in the form 6 months they applied for multiple entry .& didnt give visa .She never spoke to my mother & her visa also got rejected.I dont know help me what they should do next to get visa .I need them urgently .I send all papers as per your web site .Could you please guide me should they go seperately & apply.

If so, can you let me know the procedure or what changes did you make in the documentation.
