Is there any disadvantage in attending regional language interview compare to english one?
Do they think visitor wont be able to communicate while visiting US.

There is no clear and explicit disadvantage in attending interview in regional language for visitor visa.
Hundreds of thousands of people come to visit USA that don't know English or know little English.
