Hello,
I am applying for my parents. Couple of questions regarding I-864 Affidavit of support:-
1. Does I-864 needs to be notarized in Part 8 where sponsor signs.
2. Do I need to fill separate form(I-864) for each member.
Please help.

you just have to sign (just the way you signed in your citizenship document, full signature) in I 864.
you dont have to go to notary public to notarize it, if thats what you are wondering.
