about original paper of the house

Hi,

I would like know that if my parents take the original house ownership papers to the consulate,will they return those immediately after scanning.If in case they don't ..what should parents do?
Please suggest!!
And also is there any order to arrange the documents before going to the consulate or just as mentioned in this site.

1. They are not going to keep any document of those documents with them. They don't have any space to keep them!
