whats the procedure for conversion of h4 to f1?

I am a student. Applyin for Masters of Physical Therapy in Pittsburgh.I have already got an acceptance.And my course starts in september.
I am gettin married on the 18th of April and would be leavin wid my husband on h4 visa.So whats the right way of convertin h4 to f1? do i need to cum bak to india for that?

you will need to apply for a COS using I-539 and other documents. Your school international office should be able to guide you on this.
