    Default L2 Visa stamping

We are filing L2 for myself, I am in the middle of filling DS-156.
I have certain questions regarding process.

I am on H1, I have 1 stamped Visa from my 1st company and 1 extension.
Also I have valid approved H1 transfers with 2 different companies.

With all this, I did not get a chance to go for my H1 stamping.
So my passport has only 1st stamping from my 1st company.

Now, in DS-156, should I mention all the 4 approved petitions or just the stamped Visa details?

    Please let me know.

    Thanks in Advance

A visa and petition are different. If you never got a visa stamped, then that is it.

Thanks for the response, I have some more doubts, here they are
I have my H1 stamped for my first company, the rest four are extensions and transfers.
Does that make it just one visa in different forms?
Should I just mention the details about my first petition?
    Thanks in advance

Apply the same logic. I don't think there is room for confusion in the visa form. If they asked about visa, you mention about visa. If they ask about petition, so it is.

Which specific question are you confused about? Post it.

    Hi,

I think in DS-156 they ask only for Visa details if u have any like When , Where and Type
So just mention about All the VISA's u have in ur passport.
If it is only ONE , then just mention abt it.
    Forget abt petition/transfers/extensions and rest

    Thanks ,
    Abhay
