    Default H1B doubt..Please advise

    HI

    I am Planning to go for H1B this year.Since my wife is a green card holder in us, she already filed for family based immigration(I-130).Whether it will be a problem for getting H1B visa.

    ---- Your I-130 has no bearing on H1B application and vice versa is also true
