Pending Status (F1-H1)

Hi,

Can I still work with my employer after filing COS from H1 to F1 while my COS is pending?
Would I be out of status if my COS (H1 to F1) gets rejected?
My I-94 going to expire in 2011.

You guys have been very helpful to me.

You can work after filing but have to stop once approved.

If COS is denied and you are still working and getting paid on H1b, you are in status.
