TN to Green Card Procedure

If TN for 3 yrs. then what r the options for Green card procedure? How long the procedure for getting GC takes??? What r the procedures?

as per my understanding, you can apply for a US GC while on TN however you are gonna risk your status if you travel outside US. Also, US GC is based on the country of birth and not citizenship. Hope this helps. So your options are

1. Apply for GC on TN and not travel outside US untill your EAD is in.
2. Get on H1 and then apply for GC.
